Be very aware posting items at this post office they will try any tactics to over charge. Wanted to send a watch £18 I was quoted went to Bennett’s end post office it was £13. Plus there more polite at Bennett’s end. Tried to tell my wife a birthday card was a large letter. Avoid avoid

I missed my delivery. On the postcard, it was supposed to be delivered at the KL Post Office. On arrival, the staff couldn't locate my parcel.
After checking royal mail online, it was sent to Watford. Naturally I was fuming...
Staff at KL Post Office took my number. They arranged for my parcel to be delivered to their store. They called me as soon as it arrived.
Thank you again for your time & patience. I am truly grateful!

SHOCKING behaviour- dishonest rude staff - please avoid at all costs! I will be reporting this to Royal Mail directly

Website says it closes at 3.30pm on Saturdays. When I arrived at 3.15pm I was told by the unhelpful post office counter clerk that they shut at 3pm.

The young man here scanned my parcel for return twice then basically handed it back without any explanation as to what was wrong or what to do next. Not the kind of service you want to display on a non-strike day to engender support. Will find a more reliable Postie

Lady that works on the post office counter (short with glasses) is rude on every single occasion I’ve been in there (I go in multiple times a week) I’d avoid going if I could but I have a small business and need to post items frequently. She’s unwelcoming and should not work in customer service. The other lady and gentleman that work in there are lovely, this lady really brings their service down.
