Shows that the Post Office is open from 7am. It's not - only a counter at the front desk. Full service opens later in that day, but this early morning and late evening service should let you drop off parcels etc. I've had some success dropping off prepaid returns (although be prepared to wait while they try to remember how to use the computer, and also for some uncertainty that what you're sending won't make it - to be fair, it has every time), however don't even try anything more complex. Tried to drop in a Second Class Signed For letter this morning which I'd paid for online last night - they had no clue where to start. Said I'd take it to the post office later in the day. If you're going to offer the service, please train the staff!

If you want to get served before Christmas go an hour before they close as the shutters come crashing down at 5.30pm irrespective of how many people are in rhe queue :(

Was spoken to in a rude and patronising way. Made to feel stupid. Extremely poor service to say the least. Left feeling embarrassed and stressed out, won’t go there again.

Very very rude counter staff they need to attend an intensive customer service training course.... I only went there because Stroud was closed..... I won't be using this post office again....

Served by someone who deliberately dropped fragile parcels without an acknowledgement of any sort. Just rude woman
