Coton Green Post Office

Okay shop. Most things over priced but does serve the whole area of coton green. Beers and spirits have good offers most of the time but food is expensive

Great service. Helpful staff. Offer a drop off service for small businesses too. Inside a little co-op.

Come to get a document renewed, arrived at counter with lady with her back to me, apparently I find out later this was the manager. I greet her. after a minute she turns around and serves me. I ask to get document renewed. I was told; 'dont do that here', you have to go to the 'main' postoffice.

I asked where it was located; 'don't know, In Tamworth centre' was the response received. she said 'look it up online'.

I mentioned that I didn't have anything on my that could search online, can you not look up the postoffice address for me. 'we aren't allowed to have phones on us' was the response.

All in all, very unhelpful and rude.

The manager of the post office is rude and unprofessional. The exact opposite of the staff in Co-op store itself.
