Keyworth Post Office

I have always found Sunita and her staff first class with help and any information anyone needs. The Post Office is always well stocked with cards for all occasions and goods one would need in the stationary department. The staff are very polite and always willing to help. I think the people in Keyworth are lucky to have a Post Office and I hope they will continue to patronize it.

Helpful and polite staff who you know and they know you. A good range of stationary and services. I've never had any problems in sending, or collecting parcels. The local posties are great too.

Extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff at Keyworth Post Office - even the simplest of manners is completely beyond them.

The previous staff were never like this.

The current public employees will treat you (and everyone else in the queue) with utter contempt whilst you're there, so get in and get out as fast as you can!
They aren't worthy even of the minimum one-star rating here.

I went to post letters meant for abroad. The guy working there was just simply rude, snappish and unfriendly. Bad service I would say. And this was the second time I encountered him.

The post mistress here is the most unpleasant person I've ever encountered in customer service. She was incredibly rude to the lady she was serving, I'll never go in there whilst she's employed. Utterly disgraceful!

A lovely village post office, I sent some letters the other day and the staff were lovely and helpful. Im so glad we still have our post office.
