Rude and ignorant people!!! It appeared that the young lad in the Post Office counter couldn't be bothered to simply sell me a stamp as after waiting in line I was advised to go to the lady at the front desk! Again, I waited at the front desk then got 'over charged' for a first class stamp! On challenging the price I was then rudely told that I was 'suspicious'!! Not sure how this business survives with such poor customer service. I will never set foot in here again!

As other people have already said, this branch consistently attempts to sell you a more expensive delivery service even when you specifically ask for a certain type of postage. They are also usually understaffed so there are large queues. Avoid if you can help it

I can only concur what other people have said about overcharging. I was overcharged for postage, despite making it very clear what I wanted, I was sold something I didn't need. Didn't think much of it at the time, it was only a couple of quid after all, until I read these reviews. Be very careful if you use the counter service.

Are we all talking about the same post office? This lady is amazing! She couldn’t be more helpful, fair and dedicated to her customers. She has saved me many times!!! I have witnessed some impatient unpleasant customers but she is so cool 👌🏼 Absolute respect and thank you 😊

The worst post office ever I’ve seen in my entire life the lady at counter is such a freak she don’t want to do anything but making ugly faces to customers she was extremely rude to me I don’t know why these kind of people are employed for this kind of responsible posts when there are thousands of people seeing for opportunities she is a disgusting lady and she is clearly fade up of her job please fire her and replace this post with someone better🤢🤮🤮

This Post Office is getting worse and worse over time, long queues all year around, the Post Master is never there and leaves his wife to run the post office on her own, and you can see that she is ran off her feet doing everything there. So many people saved this Post Office years ago from closing, and it like a sinking ship and it's best to go down to the one in the Coop as they faster than this one

Absolutely terrible experience. Intending to send something but the lady at the front counter said it is a prohibited item. There is a sign at in front of me stating all prohibited items but my item is not listed. So I politely insisted it can be posted then she kept saying no and asked me to see the "Post Master" (she pointed to the desk counter). The attitude was so bad and showed no respect at all. I was so angry then just left because I did not want to waste any more time. Before return to my car, I check on post office website and yes my item can be sent. She clearly needs to know how to respect people and listen to customers. No just simply keep saying NO NO NO!
