Absolute disgraceful manager a nightmare unfriendly,stubborn,spitefull,bans ppl families even related young children,bad experience not too mention 4 year bann from local convenience store,even after all attempts of verbal and written apologise,even though manager was in wrong.No use,can't wait untill a new manager comes in,loads of complaints from others who have same run in with current manager, nothing ever done about it!!!!

Thanks very much to the kind people here, in accepting a package for my daughter, currently travelling the UK on foot. I did everything wrong, and they fixed it for me. Ta
