Mochdre Post Office

Had no idea how to take pre paid parcel force items even though they had signs up adnertising it. Utterly hopeless

Post office open 7 days. Had some paper work to send off thought I wait till my day off and do it Sunday just arrived now to be told it's closed Sunday's. Advertised and displayed as open! Thanks but not the first we been recently and post office has been closed random times in day.

Very surprised they had no poppies, with remembrance day only a few days away. When asked the reply was "we don't do those"

Parcels never on time when using this post office

Generally no issue. Use this post office often. It's part of one stop so not a dedicated post office and also operates at different times to the shop. But always open as advertised in-store and no issues.

Absolute mess of an operation, royal mail in general is worthless these days, just spent all afternoon visiting all the post offices in my area. All closed dispute the opening hours poated online stating otherwise. Finally get to mochdre with 20 min left. Sign says they close at 3, brilliant, stand in the queue only to be told it's shut. What a waste of time. Seems to be common place with RM, obviously won't pay a full days wage anymore.

Absolutely awful ,they do not open according to their published opening times, today was the 3rd time ive been there to be told the counter is closed. Called in at 15.25 today {Friday}to post a special delivery parcel to be told by the guy behind the food counter that they closed at 15.00 their published opening times state Friday 9am–2pm, 2:30–5:30pm.I'd give the Zero Stars if I could but google won't let me.
