West Shore Post Office

On the 28.06.18,iv arrived to post office at 5.27pm, was in rush as got important letter to send and was happy I arrived b4 closing time, but the positions was closed, the lady behind counter was still there, she looked at me and said it's close. I've asked what time you closing, she sait: well now, so I've looked at the time and I said it's 5.28pm, not 5.30 yet, so she said: well I supposed to have 10 min break b4 so I'm closing now..... Well, I don't think it's by the policy, that's the public office and its state should be open till 5.30pm. I would propably more understand if she wouldn't say its coz she didn't have a break, it's not very efficient either.
Not impressed.

Arrived at 1.05pm with a number of Christmas parcels to post. Although 2 members of staff were sat behind the counter having a laugh and a joke. They pointed to a sign saying "Closed till 2pm"
Presumably they were both taking their lunch break at the same time therefore closing the counter completely. Where's the logic in that?

i had a parcel force box delivered here with no option to re arrange delivery to my home.the lovely young lady who works in the post office offered to drop the item of after she finished work.what a lovely n kind gesture!! this was over n beyond her duties.i decided to collect it though n she even carried the box out outside for me as was heavy,(i have walking stick) was so thankful n just wanted to share.nice to know there are some lovely kind people out there :)

Note on the door saying that the main branch Post Office in Llandudno is shut due to staff members having tested positive for Covid, fully understand that and sympathise. HOWEVER what does annoy me is the attached note saying that directs everyone into this post office on West shore, so i loaded the kids back up into the car and headed to the West shore post office, only to be greeted at the door by a member of staff simply telling me 'Post office is closed today' no other information was offered, unhelpful and lazy management and staffing system who seem dis-interested in their jobs and just intent drawing their minimum wage
