Llandudno Post Office

Every time I have to use this post office rather than my local one in Conwy I have found the staff to be abrupt, rude and just downright unhelpful.

The staff seem genuinely miserable and therefore have a terrible attitude to customer service. If your genuinely that unhappy in your job change job. Don't take it out on customers who are paying for your service.

The whole place needs a shake up and some staff with some motivation and at least so me basic customer service skills, better yet maybe the ability to crack a smile once in a while.

Open today, no photo booth operation. Typical queue of 15 people, 20 min wait. Government run franchise in Wales, should be grateful it's still there at all really

My elderly father, who is 93, was humiliated here a few days ago by a cashier that didn't know her job. He left distressed but fortunetly managed to get to his bank where he was reassured it was an error at the post office!!

Went in to complain only to be told the manager was too busy to see me. Left contact details but no response. Emailed formal complaint to head office.

Great staff who achieve alot under pressure.

Website says open till 2 on Saturday. Went to post letter at 1pm to find it shut at 1. as someone off sick yet there were a lady behind the counter. What is the point of saying your opening times and not abiding by them. No wonder the post office system is in a mess. Time other postal service were allowed to operation I am sure they would be a far better service

Note on the door saying that the Post Office & WH Smith is shut due to staff members having tested positive for Covid, fully understand that and sympathise. HOWEVER what does annoy me is the attached note saying that directs everyone into the post office on west shore, so i loaded the kids back up into the car and headed to the West shore post office, only to be greeted at the door by a member of staff simply telling me 'Post office is closed today' no other information was offered, whom ever posted the note obviously didn't do any checks to see if in fact the West Shore post office was indeed open or able to accept the extra influx of customers, a good few hours of my time wasted

BRILLIANT... HELPFULL...POLITE...AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE...A GREAT TEAM ALWAYS CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY...
I Have been a customer of this Post office and when they were at Vaughn Street for years...and I'm usually late because of my Job..but they always try there best to get my stuff posted that day..
I don't know what is wrong with these people who write bad reviews ??
Maybe they are just miserable gits :-)

Staff were patronizing and made snide remarks at my misunderstanding of which paperwork is needed during a legal document check. Dread to think how they treat their more vulnerable clientele.
