What I like most is their refined and polite treatment

Perfectly good staff but barely open and so many parcels I send haven't got to the recipient

Quick and efficient.

The staff/lady need better training, not aware needed to fill customs declaration form to send gifts /parcel abroad, only asked did parcel contain prohibited items which they didnt. Paid £16.00 to find out parcel will not be delivered. Also post office didnot use electronic data required. Would advise to use another post office if you want parcels delivered.
