Splott Post Office

The staff that work here always seem grumpy. Never a smile. Never a kind work. Heck, barely ever a "hello" or "how can I help you?". Service is so bad and perfunctory that I happily go anywhere else. Even if it's miles out of my way. Customer service? These guys have never heard of it.

Grumpy staff, never a smile. I would rather walk into the city than repeatedly be charged small parcel rates for a large letter.

This is hands down, the best Post Office in all Cardiff. The staff are super helpful and super friendly. I've never been on first names terms with a Post Office manager before! But in this one I am! Mel, Kripal and Wayne are great :)

So glad this post office was recommend to me. Went to Penarth Road main post office and they were so unhelpful there, which is how I ended up here. Went here and the gentleman was lovely, offered me a drink for free whilst I waited due to the amount I needed to post and was very helpful.

This Post Office is reliable, friendly and well organised....
The people who work there are very helpful and polite, they seem to go above and beyond

Great staff always kind and helpful and profesional service

The service is swift and never had any problem. A little bit smile on face can make big difference. But I can see this is reduced to zero in almost all places these days.

But today I got here at 8:30am as it says on Google that this is the time it opened. I waited outside for 20mins waiting for it to open. I think they need to update the times on Google to reflect the actual time of opening.
