I use this Post Office every day to post multiple parcels. All of the staff I've encountered have been lovely and always really efficient, directing customers and getting the queue down. Cheers guys, keep smashing it! ^_^

Worst post office I have been to in years. Only one counter open mid-afternoon. Queued for nearly 20 minutes before I finally got served.

Minus one star for being heaving and having hardly any staff on. Other than that, the staff are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.

Tried to send a parcel to my parents, no help, rude staff, especially to foreigners. If you have an issue, deal with it by your own. The worst post office I have ever visited...

I was turned away three times for the SIA application. Different excuses were made each time I visited .Every times I visited the branch , they would ask me for different things. The third time , they said the documents I have isn’t original, when I asked the Manager what is Original documents . She said , the posted documents are only original. When I told her that this time is my third time that I am being tuned away. She said that I should go to another branch if I am not happy. They have zero customer service skills and they are very rude , ignorant and far away from being professional. They did not listen to a word I said and they make me feel like they don’t care. I am very disappointed

Came here to renew my photocard Driver's License. But the machine that does the job is broken and they don't know when it will be fixed. It would have been really helpful if this information could have been made available on the "branch details" part of the website, to save people a waisted trip into town and unnecessary exposure in the queue.
