Castle View Post Office

Quick and easy to send off parcels but actually puts me off because there is one lady with lighter hair which is always very rude and has a disgusting attitude! Seems like a lot of others talk the same about her. If you don’t like your job feel free to leave and let someone with a younger more positive attitude take over. Something should be said. The rest of the other ladies have always been lovely. She is a let down.

Having read the negative reviews I can only say this has not been my experience. All the ladies at the post office have always been incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. I have experienced negative attitudes in other POs which I won’t name so I always try to use this PO whenever possible.

Incredibly rude member of staff at this Post Office. Complained to Tesco as well as PO as this happens on every single visit here, and the other reviews all say the same. How she is still employed here I don’t know. Clearly some underlying issue but she should not be public facing - shame on her for how she treats people.

Fantastic service from each member of staff here, all super helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile too. Don't understand the 1 star reviews here - sometimes there are two members of staff but only one is serving as the other has admin to do - they can't always be serving customers. My PO of choice.

I always use this little but very busy Post Office, convenient and very efficient staff, I have my favourites but they all do a tremendous job of keeping the queues down when it is busy. If you want a robot to serve you, then use an ATM. These ladies do a cracking job and I am sure that the massive majority agree with me.

As others have said before me on these reviews, there are certain members of staff at this post office that have a stinking attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s as though you’re putting them out by wanting to send something !!

Never had an issue here - staff are doing their best within the restrictions and even making sure I knew of potential delays (those sneaky bank holidays!). Sometimes difficult to see if the desk is clear from the Tesco doors but the staff do their best to wave enthusiastically.
