Cowbridge Post Office

When ever I need to use this post office there always seems to be an issue. Had parcels delivered here from online retailers and the staff don’t know what they are doing as the items go missing. The Royal Mail online tracker says it has been delivered and then the horribly rude woman who works behind the post office counter says that the tracker is lying!
Don’t use this establishment. All you’ll get is a rude woman who can’t be bothered to help you at all.

Great service and friendly staff. Can get busy at times but it's always moving.
