Aston Post Office

The opening times of this post office are wrong, there correct opening times are inside the co op, for example they aren't open until 9am daily and closed on a Wednesday.

I always get good service and people are lovely . I am not sure what experience others had to give them lower rating.

It's very convenient and free parking .

My father took my prepaid UPS parcel to the post office believing that they could post it, they can’t post UPS but instead they took it upon themselves to post it 1st Class Royal Mail instead of simply advising that it should be collected by UPS. Now my parcel cannot be delivered and there is no return address. The contents of which are worth £100 will now be disposed of (binned) by the Royal Mail. Thank you to the incompetent staff at the post office. It seems common sense does not exist!

I no longer use this post office, so many wasted trips. They open and close when they feel like it. Ignore the published opening times, it’s just pot luck.
