Very polite and efficient.

Staff are friendly enough. Only opens at the times most people miss a parcel.

Terrible servicing hours,no consideration for anyone who works by closing at 2pm,10am and noon on a Saturday!! Makes it impossible to collect any gifts for a week for working people missing Birthdays etc and they must lose business with these awful opening hours. They should be open until 7pm everyday to provide a modern day service to the general public, is this why Royal Mail will eventually be replaced by a private company because of these awful decisions?

If you are on the social it's great for opening times if you work you have no chance , what's that all about 8 till 2 , they might aswell get rid of the phone because it never gets answered . 1 more thing you take photo I'd in they wont except it but will except a bank card ?

Third attempt to pick up my supposedly next day delivery and at 1pm on a Tuesday they’re closed. Good for nothing!
