Avoid and go somewhere else to save your blood pressure- This has got to be the worst post office in the UK, and it comes down to the lack of customer service and general helpfulness, which is non-existent. If I could minus 5 rating, I would. Terrible….Go to Rhuddlan up the road and save yourself time and effort. Seriously need to close this post office - Staff are extremely, extremely unhelpful.

I don't know if this place has changed owners but you used to be able to drop parcels off at 8am to 830am went this morning very unhelpful lady today, wouldn't take my parcel despite just being sat there doing nothing. Go elsewhere waste of space

I had 10 large envelopes to post and I don't do this regularly. The owner served me and in my haste to reduce the queue that was forming, I forgot to ask for a receipt, and he didn't ask me if I needed one. I went back in to the shop once the queue had gone and asked whether I could still obtain a vat receipt and he replied 'But I asked you if you wanted one' When I replied that he hadn't then he repeated what was a lie. What do you do when this happens and its the shop owner? You call them out and thats just what I'm doing today.

Lady in the post office is awful. Could see I was distressed as I was told I needed to use UPs drop off, after trying two places they said the label is a Royal Mail one, so came to this post office and they refused to scan it saying it needed printing, despite there being no instruction on there to print other than a QR saying “post office to scan” the lady is extremely unhelpful

Must be the worst Post Office in Wales. I was the only person in the shop but woman on counter ignored me and started stamping up parcels that weren't due for collection for several hours. By the time she deigned to serve me 3 people had joined the queue behind me.

I wanted 2 letters sent Signed For and she tried to upsell me Special Delivery. Not just once but three times despite me knowing exactly what service I wanted and telling her this repeatedly. I assume she was out for commission but she should be out on her ear: her behaviour and attitude were appalling.

What, in an empty Post Office, should have taken 5 minutes at most took 25 minutes from start to finish. I wish I had driven to Rhuddlan Post Office instead; it would have been a quicker and more pleasant experience, it's what I will do in the future and I'd advise anyone else to do the same.

Staff are rude unnecessarily. Never had a good experience at the post office at the rear of the shop. Unfortunate and disappointing.
