Brackla Post Office

Excellent post office. This one carries out a lot of the counter services you can’t often get get in the little shop based post offices. But they do open to standard post office opening hours. If you can’t manage to turn up during those hours, a limited number of services are also available in the shop when the post office counters are closed.

They are even open on Saturday and Sunday. If you can't manage during the week.

I gave 1 star just to be able to leave a review! This has got to be THE worst Post Office I have ever been in!!! Unbelieveable! Close the bloody thing, it's about as much use as a 'handbrake on a Canoe!'

I went in the other day to post a parcel with Royal Mail. I forgot to add the return label on the back so I wrote it down on a piece of paper. When I got to the till I asked the lady if she has a bit of sellotape so I can put it on, her blunt reply was "no"! If I want some I can buy from the shop. Seriously?! What kind of post office doesn't have sellotape? Went to the shop next door, the guy provided sellotape and even put it down for me. Pity that you feel like doing such a small thing is a big task for you.

The lady with the tattoo needs to be fired, she has no customer service skills at all.
When talking to her I feel like she blames me for making her miserable life even worse.

I send letters once a year, it’s not a difficult task but it always feels like it when she’s there.

And this time she got the address wrong on my tracked parcel I had to go back to get her to change it. I said I called but no answer,
She just said “yea, we’re busy”
Busy living in your little bubble!

If you are not sure of the spelling ASK THE CUSTOMER!! Don’t just write what you think the address is!

I told her about her attitude and her terrible customer service skills, she said “what have I done”
Perfect example of someone that doesn’t have a clue how to deal with a customer or another human for that matter.

Post office.....Miserable! Attitude! No people skills! Don’t like your job get a new one, preferably one that you don’t need to speak to people!! Make you feel like your doing something wrong...just for posting a letter!

Checked google to see what time the post office is open. It says 7am to 9pm. Get here at 5.10pm to be told it doesnt open until 5.30pm. That leaves me plenty of time to write a review. Update your website!

Called to get a price on posting a normal sized letter to Southern Ireland, not more than 100g and signed for on delivery. I was told I could only get an “approximate” price as the computer was busy. When I asked if I could call back for a definite price, I was told as long as the computers free and no customers were being served !. All they had to do was look in their little red POST OFFICE booklet and tell me !.
