Trallwn Post Office

The Muslim staff was Very bad attitude and service when I posted parcels there. They seemed unwelcome to service me. I liked use Royal Mail for my posted but I felt very stressful that trallwn post Office every time when I visited there.
Also I cannot find other post Office in Llansamlet area so I changed to buy stamp online in Hermes and drop in their parcel shop . I thought that we need other Royal Mail office in trallwn area.

The owner is miserable and openly rude not only to staff but to customers. Worse still she opens the post office when she likes and not the times displayed! I’d definitely recommend using Colwyn Avenue where the owner is the polar opposite, jolly, friendly and open on time (in fact earlier!)

I’ll never return to Trallwn if I can help it!

Unfortunately, the female owner has zero customer service skills and is highly rude, every time she is at the post office counter I dread the interaction. She mumbled under her breath, has no manners and doesnt make eye contact. Buying cigarettes from the counter when her husband is on duty is worse than getting through customs at Heathrow airport- even when presented with a passport I get interrogated- I'm 24 years old! There is a lovely lady in there who works at the post office but unfortunately she gets overshadowed by the awful duo that run the place.

The owner waa very rude. She harassed a small child buying drinks for his dad who had broken leg in card outside. Never seen such rudeness in my life

I had a very worst experience at this post office. The women working there, is rude. She did not check the system for parcel collection, she saw my postcard and I was sent all the way to Swansea Enterprise park, and i was told from Swansea Enterprise park RoyalMail that my parcel was certainly sent to Trallwn post office. She could have checked the system. So I went back again to Trallwn post office and yeah my parcel was there. It could have been so much simpler if they do their job properly, get the postcode from the customer and check the parcel location. It was such an extra unnecessary journey for me and time wasted. I will definitely not use this post office again.

Rude & disrespectful.
I sent a large parcel full of Xmas presents to my family recently,after the man behind the counter had given me my receipt he just threw my parcel across the room I asked "did you have to throw it" he just shrugged his shoulders & said I should've put a 'fragile' sticker on it. Would not recommend & never using them again.
