Alway Post Office

Great store including many products as well as a useful postal system.

Staff are the most miserable people I have ever met. Like they are working at gun point against there will. Plus open too late 9am. Most people are in work by then. Should be 7am like other post offices

Staff complain if you do not collect a parcel the same day , maybe if they can not handle large items they should take themselves off click and collect ! The staff make you feel that you the customer are in the wrong for everything , signs up saying no abuse to staff well maybe they should practice what they preach ! They should not be running a post office if they can not deal with the public in a polite manner , worst post office i have ever used !

Staff were a bit miserable, and could have been a bit friendlier. However my package was posted.

The postmistress here knows what she’s doing unlike the 2 other local post offices I tried. Yes Alway is always busy but at least the service is good. I heard today that it will close in March and it’s a real shame as Underwood aren’t good, Ringland are fine for the basic stuff but I wouldn’t want to send anything complicated and Magor is hit or miss. I’ll be really sorry to see the post office and the post mistress go.
