Corporation Road Post Office

Always had lovely ladies serving in the past.. but been there today and wasnt happy with my experience.. it was a man with beard on the counters.. there wasnt any sign to say where the queue is.. 2 lads came in and stood on the otherside.. counter man knew i was there before them but he just ignored me and continued with other 2 guys. And it wasnt just the counterman who was inconsiderate but also the other 2 guys who just pushed into the queue.

Ladies in Post Office very happy to help and give explanations to my silly questions. Man at shop counter polite too.

Very Rude staff on the post office counter. he was on phone and was not serving customers. After waiting for 20 mins he said am very busy, come tomorrow to collect parcel.

My local postoffice I use at least twice a week very helpful and friendly people

The shop part of this post office had these on sale, I asked the person on the till how much and he checked at £2.49, I asked could I get another he said yes.

***After point of sale*** I stated how good a deal they are considering, he then said yes the price is wrong, it should be an extra £4/5 on top! I was then charged the extra to have them I felt embarrassed as others was waiting to be served and forced to pay extra. I’ve been going here for years but not any more. This cost me £9!! I feel so stupid :/

Post office assistants are very kind and helpful ! Thumbs up ! 😊

Lady at the post office part was extremely friendly and very polite, bit of a que but she was a delight 😊

Amazing service by everyone working there. Lovely new people. Will be visiting again :)
