Painfully slow. Queued for 20 minutes with one window open whilst a second member of staff just seemed to be walking around behind the tills.

I paid for a stamp with a five pound note it was held up to the light examined taken out the back to someone else then back out to the counter to be put on a machine and brought back to me to be held up and shown-and yes it was real-I was made to feel like a criminal all for the purchase of a stamp
