Pendre Post Office

The older lady with gray hair and glasses should be sacked from this place. Her attitude is appalling, went to the shop 9 this morning to be met with her screaming at me because they aren't open till 9.30. Not a problem if the door wasn't open and she was already serving someone. I will be making official complaints. Customer service is everything and you have zero.

Service is good always take the advise for what service to use postage compensation is always explained in case they get lost prises all vary from service to service 1st class isn’t the same as next day delivery the service you use is your choice giving advice isn’t compulsory to them but I appreciate them even telling me and explaining

The guy that works at this post office , always seems to charge more than anything I’ve posted elsewhere .. hence stopped going there . Others are of the same opinion .

One of the men behind the counter just hates sending parcels and somehow over charges for items to be sent. I have stopped going and have started going to another post office. Also, the shop is never open the time it is meant to, so don't count on it being open if you need something to be posted.

Absolutely horrific customer service. States open until 5:30pm on google, rushed there after work, made it there for 5:10 to be met by a man walking to the door and saying ‘hurry up we are closing’ only to then mutter something in a different language under his breath and grab my parcel. Absolutely appalled. Would cut all ties with this place if I were Royal Mail. Personally won’t be using this shop/post office again and it’s my local.
