Felinfach Post Office

I’ve been several times and find the service slow and unfriendly at best. Whilst chatting to the odd favoured regular they keep anyone else waiting without explanation, as if it’s a way of getting back at a changing world. I can only hope this archaic place gets added to the next round of PO closures, and suggest excellent post offices at cross inn or Aberaeron soak up their frustrated customers.

Hands down the worst post office staff I have ever encountered. I have been in a few times now and it is always the same, miserable nasty dragon of a woman who finds it an inconvenience to actually have a customer walk in. It is almost like serving behind the post office counter is a punishment for being alive. I will go out of my way to travel the extra miles just so I don't have to use this post office again.

I Had a set of three light but v.large plastic former's.Our pond contractor advised US to return the plastic pond shapes.that arrived taped inside each (They are large but not heavy!!?.) arrived by parcel force like this!!!.As we was to stock the pond & waterfall with expensive Koi Carp!!

force a few day's before!!! I was TOLD at Felinfach Post Office,
To take it away &box them!!!as She would NOT Take Them UNLESS WE DID,
We have had this from her before,it would (If we could find boxes big enough that is.?.3 or 4 or more times the cost to send & the prepaid stamping would be unusable,we would have to pay again!!! We took them to Aberaron ,scanned ,taken & accepted
without question.Why the post office DO NOT JUST CLOSE HER DOWN!!!as Nobody wants to put up with Her NASTY ATTITUDE.
& then have to use a more amenable POST OFFICE.

Excellent service, posted 2 parcels using their QR code printing service. Good advice given to me regarding foreign travel money.

This is my local post office. I popped in for recycling bags or myself and an elderly and isolated family member. I was told VERY rudely that I can only take one and that if my relative needs one she should "get them herself". No exaggeration. As I was walking out he relunctantly passed me another one. After a few minutes I went back in, I was so cross, and confronted him about how rude and unkind he was, to which he replied "well, I gave you some didnt I?" If I could leave zero stars I would.

How rude the staff are? I called to ask if the post office was open during lunch time and got interrogated as to who I was. The person who handled the call could do with some training in customer relations!!!!!!

Not very pleasant staff, I go elsewhere.
