Cross Hands Post Office

Coronavirus has become an excuse for so many things but I can't see how it has given some of the staff here an excuse to be particularly rude and aggressive to their customers. We all understand the need to keep our distance but the majority of businesses manage to organise it in a friendly and professional manner, hence I now travel just that bit further to Penygroes Post Office where I am greeted with a smile which as far as I'm aware isn't against any restrictions! Come on Cross Hands look at your reviews and do something about it.

The woman in the post office with short hair, old and skinny. Worse experience in a post office in my life. Expected me to buy cellotape just to stick on my address for the parcel instead of just giving me a little bit. Attitude is disgusting. How she even has a job is beyond me. She needs looking at

No matter the time of day, they are always closed for either 15-30 minutes, even when there are more than two staff working there!! All staff there know how to work the post office! Absolutely ridiculous!! Especially when you need to put money into your bank due to the banks being closed at 2pm, if I was free during the day to go down to the back I would! You need the post office when that happens and they can't even have the decency to keep it open knowing this! 😠

If I could select Zero Stars I would. Rude staff and abusive if you give an opinion different to theirs I.e. 20 minutes outside queuing and been told having to go outside and queue again. Will take their advice and visit other post offices in the area in future!

Came into this post office today waited my turn and then was told by the one member of staff that was serving she would be serving a long line of customers with baskets of shopping next although I had been waiting to be served before them as they were paying customers, absolutely fuming so I left and went to another post office.

Very abrupt staff member. Will definitely not be returning

As another review mentioned, if there was an option for 0 stars, I would give this place 0 stars. Absolutely shameful customer service. What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs, I promise it’s worth avoiding this place!
