Would be a good idea if the opening times for Saturday were edited and corrected. Got to Brynmawr at 14.50 and the place was closed.
What a waste of time. Can't comment on what it is like inside.

Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. There is also a self service machine for passport/driving licence/Id photos which is very handy.

Went today to collect a v888 form as instructed by the DVLA, I entered and approached a lady wearing a blonde wig called Jackie, and i said "hello I'm after a v888 form please" Jackie replied "what's that" and I replied a "receipt of sale form for the dvla" she then said "we don't have them" stopped and gave me a vague gauntish look i replied politely and said "oh? the dvla said that i would be able to collect it from the post office" "we don't have them the DVLA are lying to you" she very bluntly replied.
I had the form saved on my phone but as there was no signal in the post office I was struggling, i asked jackie if i could get the wifi password, but she had already started a conversation with her collueges and proceeded to bluntly ignored me, I left the shop to get some signal and came back in a minute or two later, I approached a Pakistani man instead who I asked if he was able to help me instead, he again first ignored my question and carried on with whatever he was doing, I approached the printer myself and tried to see if it was plugged in and working, as nobody seemed as if they were going to help me, a lady on the computer sat near the printer complained that I was in a "restricted area" and the man then asked me to move away from the printer and then proceeded to help me with my form request he instructed me to pay with Jackie and when I approached to pay with jackie she again was rude ery unapologetic for not being bothered to put in any type of assistance at all, I was treated like I wasn't wanted there, and had to sort out my own issue as everybody I spoke to had an attitude to not want to assist.
Please talk to jackie and give her some pointers how to approach customers with a service that the post office and customers expect

Just popped in to renew my driving licence. Two of the nicest guys on duty, friendly and helpful. It couldn't of been a more perfect experience. Lovely little Post Office.
