Haverfordwest Post Office

Reviewing here as I wanted to say what lovely helpful people the staff are. It makes all the difference waiting in long lines on busy days when at the end of it you are served by smiling helpful people

Lovely experience getting my driving licence renewed - I was ridiculously stressed by the form (the government confuses me :-) but the nice and efficient lady sorted it all out for me in 6 mins. Such a relief.

Very horrible experience for both me and my wife.Phone lines not working .They made me come here on two different occasions just to pick my BRP.I wasted money coming here again and again.I will not recommend the post office for anyone who has a BRP to pick up.

Post office is within Haverfordwest high street, it had 2 tills with chatty friendly staff. Selection of cards and stationary (cash only) but card is accepted for everything else.
Does passports, driving licenses and off course posting.

Staff is friendly but they always look super busy, as there are always long queues. I would recommend having more tills to avoid that.

Very pleasant experience. Easily renewed a driving licence and they went out of their way to be helpful by banking some cheques to save us a trip to the bank. How different from home (south east London), where we waited half an hour only to be told, rudely, that they couldn't/wouldn't help us. Well done Haverfordwest PO.

About the worst possible service you could wish for!! Don’t use them!!!!
