Ebbw Vale Post Office

Super friendly and helpful staff. A proper local friendly post office

Went into ebbw vale post office to post a big parcel for Christmas, staff nice enough, I put one wrong letter in the post code, wouldn't except it or offer to look code up for me, I had no signal on my phone to do it, wouldn't of minded but there was no one else in the shop.

Not a patch on the post office in Beaufort where the staff are exceptional, friendly, helpful and really are a part of the local community.Ebbw Vale make you wait, even if there's no one else there, and certainly aren't very helpful, they think they're doing you a favour. Obviously not trained properly. The most pleasant and helpful one is the gentleman who runs the branch.

Excellent postal service, friendly staff, always served in a timely manner, advised on the best type of postage every time. Parking nearby, 24 hour cash point, disabled access.

Both women who I spoke to in there were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Never having my post delivered there again. What a disgrace.

Good old fashioned customer service, didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. Instead advised me on the postage options available and what they covered to help me make the best choice. The cashier was lovely and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing staff they will go above and beyond to help you! They will always find best price on things for you!! They are friendly and can have a laugh with with them!! Always spotless in there as well. X

Good post office , very helpful man in there , but the blond lady with earring in nose was very rude to me and my daughter , her attitude was terrible just because she had to make a change to next day delivery from first class .
