Gorseinon Post Office

Had to post a letter for recorded delivery today. Place is closed and the time is 13.41pm website shows open until 17:30pm.

Will have to try again tomorrow!

Great staff, great service. Website indicates alternative hours today as Boxing day being observed, this may mean it's closed. No worries there's always tomorrow

Went to renew photo d/licence ,camera faulty ,had to do it manually, cost extra £7.00 .disgusting service ,very annoyed to say the least.

well what can i say if you want to get a Pen throwing at you and told off by a bold men behide the counter this is the place to go because the staff didnt have to guts to tell that Horrible men that thought he was going first befor 4 people in the que this is the place to go so shocking NO STARS GIVEN Pick on the women there all because that Horrible man told me to Fxxxxxk off and i didnt swear back and just said same to you i could of been attacked out side and the staff told me off so shocked no wonder Gorseinon has gone downhill no Respect at all for women in that post office

Awful service. I don’t know who the new man is behind the counter but is customer service skills are dreadful. He’s impolite and slow omg he’s possibly the slowest person I’ve ever dealt with. If there’s a queue out the door he makes no attempt to speed up. He couldn’t care less. I will never use this post office again whilst he is there

I'm glad there are other options in the area.. Slow service, poor delivery process (my item got lost and was never returned, no assistance from the post office manager, it was a case of that's your problem nothing to do with the Post Office)
I'd recommend you use one of the other post offices in Loughor or Penllergaer
