Caernarfon Royal Mail Delivery Office

Got a card through my post and went to collect with a letter which i have been handed my parcels with before. This time he says no i need ID. If i needed ID then I should have needed it then too. Not happy i got kids to work around to be made to feel like a silly person. When infact the company should stick to its rules. Waste of time.

Just make sure to bring your red card and ID when picking up post. Quick and easy procedure

Can never get through had no post for 3 weeks yet amazon prime should have arrived last week. I understand the issues with covid outbreak but 3 weeks no post is just taking the mick!! Also my friend at glan cadnant had a parcel returned to sender stating wrong address On parcel but it was correct. Come on guys get this sorted. We are in Rhosgadfan!!!

Opening hours are atrocious.

Opening times are really difficult for working people. I’ve arrived here at 10:01 before and been turned away.

Parcel taken back to sorting office today. Unfortunately I was at work
Why wasn't it left at my safe place(outbuilding). Obviously my usual postman was on holiday !!!!!!!!!!
When you work it is impossible to b home for a delivery. My next day off is Friday but as you're on strike that day you can't deliver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Try to pop out on break tomorrow to pick it up from sorting office.
To make matters worse the sender had paid extra for next day delivery.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Con to get people to pay extra for a service they do not provide.!!!!!!!!!

We work, so every parcel, everyday now gets taken back to the depot, why? Why was it OK to leave parcels during covid but not now? What a waste of time and environmentally damaging, Royal mail not the service it used to be.
