Gaer Park Post Office Within Spar

The Post Office inside the Spar is a pathetic joke I keep going in there and there is no one to serve you they keep saying there no staff here trained to run the post office....Come back between 9 to 5 tomorrow.

So a Post Office in a Spar is not open after 1pm on a Saturday! Poor!!!!

So what's the point in 'conveniently' sending a parcel there to pick up after work if it's only open 9am-5:30pm?

My husband works 3 jobs and I'm disabled so he takes our customers orders to this late post office because it's open late but tonight the woman cleaning had a go at him for bringing it in at 10.30 when they are open till 11 because it's too late even though they advertise as being til 11. I've worked at the spar before and if you don't have enough time to clean the floor in the last hour start earlier, if your staff's time management is off don't blame your customers, he works sometimes 17 hours a day, I don't expect this to happen again otherwise your shop shouldn't be a post office! Sort your staff out.

Great service provided by the two lovey ladies at the desk. Highly recommend any who's having issue with taxing their car online to visit the post office.

Always very nice to me when I go in. The lady even made a mistake but came to get me to put it right when she didn't have too so Kind and Honest. Super!
