Royal Mail Cardiff Delivery Office and Mail Centre

Sent my parcel to USA, paid extra for tracking and signed for- parcel went to Poland instead after 13 days in transit it is coming back to my home address. Sadly I am on holidays for next 5 days and all customer services can do is to tell me to pick it and send it again to USA when I am back. Really? The parcel should go where it is addressed to not back to me after travelling through Europe for 13 days!!!!!! There is no effort in doing the right job not mentioning care for the customer satisfaction! should not even have a single star...

I am very disappointed with one of the attendees because I arrive with several packages and I need to print the Labels and he tells me to stand aside while the others pass by. Then I deliver the packages and he didn't take them, I had to go out and leave the packages on the shelf without being sure that he would take them. I believe that each client should be treated in a personalized way and not treated as a nuisance.

Just had a delivery ,of hair products in a box as a gift. The delivery man just literally threw box on the step.which took the bottom bar of my front door.No sorry or anything
Just when i opened the door he remarked "ok" in a cant be bothered voice. When opened box the gifts were out of gift box and all over the place

They leave you waiting at gate if 10 mins to closing and will then be rude when they let you in 9 mins later.

The Royal mail delivery office and mail centre is where you will go to collect your undelivered packages or if you wish to send a parcel.

Access is from the side on Hadfield road, you will need to buzz to have the gate open for you.

Once inside there is plenty of customer parking, always served quickly, no hassle or stress.

What a joke of a company. Q: Can I have a proof of postage? A: uuu we don't do that. Posting a parcel on Monday at 1pm? Sorry, we close at 12 on Mondays. What?!?!

Unfortunately the stick hurting customers more than the rich bosses.

I paid for two parcels to be delivered next day on the 9 dec only one has arrived. I know there has been disruption but still no sign of second parcel .i am really cross as planned ahead .the first parcel took 4 days to get to the recipient ‘yet both posted together.if you cannot guarantee these services why bother
