Enjoyed my visit and loved the workshop - no fuss.
I bought a teapot and have used it ever since - would highly recommend a visit.

We stopped to see the stained glass windows in the church and got a Potted History from this brilliant local potter. He and his partner have tended the holy spring next door for 40 years and is heartbroken to see the damage to its surrounds in the name of conservation.
Brilliant shop with lots of interesting pots for sale but if you want something special he will make it for you. Well worth a detour to meet the potters here. We stocked up for unique gifts.

Would have bought something if we could have found someone to pay. Hung around for ages, asked the locals, knocked on the cottage door, called the phone number all without success. Please if you're not open kindly put a sign out, the doors of the pottery were wide open so we assumed you were.

What a find. We stopped to see the church, but our tour guide took us to meet Alan. Such wonderful craftsmanship. We bought several pieces despite having to carry them back to Canada.
