What a lovely experience from start to finish.
The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. As you walk into the reception area it’s a lovely set up. Nice and easy paperwork to fill in, lady on reception helped very quickly to the couple of questions I had.
The gentleman who did the scan was very professional, made us both feel at ease. The room itself is very cosy and a lovely temperature. Great detail about the baby’s health. When finding out the gender the room lights up the specific colour ( pink or blue ). We would highly recommend using hey baby 4D Mansfield.

I usually go for scans to different place in Mansfield but thought I’d try this one this time. Wish I didn’t. Had my reassurance scan today. I’m 6w1d due to my dates. The lady who performed my scan knew I was very anxious as I told her I previously had a miscarriage. I do understand I was probably one of many many women with similar experience this lady had dealings with and didn’t expect any special treatment but a bit more understanding maybe.
During the scan she barely talked me through whatever was on the screen. She said there is GS and YS so I'm definitely pregnant. She couldn’t see much as it is early in pregnancy which is understandable. She told me scan shows dating for 1st time 6w1d and she said that’s perfect.
Then during IV scan she said 5w6d. I know it’s only 3-4 days off and that can happen but I still don’t know which one is right. She told me she can see embryo, pointed it for me but didn’t say if she had any doubts as if my pregnancy is viable. All she told me was to re-book in 2-3 weeks and then we will be able to see more. So far so good.
After my appointment I was waiting for the prints. She walked out and whispered something to receptionist who looked at me like something was wrong. Then when he handled me prints he told me I was advised to re-book which I told him I will do, then he said any concerns are noted on the notes he gave me. And now my heart dropped. There was no concerns when I was in the room and I could actually ask questions about it but now all of the sudden there is something concerning. The notes say there is an embryo, however no obvious yolk sac seen (where the first words I heard during the scan were that GS&YS are there and I’m definitely pregnant). And that I was advised to re-scan to confirm ongoing pregnancy/viability. I was told that I need to re-scan because it’s early and I have to wait to see more. I haven’t been told once there is possibility that there is anything wrong when I was in the room. I’m actually even more worried now that I was before the scan. I don’t know what to think now. During my scan everything was fine and I just needed to wait till I’m more weeks along and now I find out from the piece of paper that my pregnancy may not be viable. Of course I shall re-scan again but I don’t think I’ll go back there

Came to HeyBaby when I was approx 8 weeks pregnant first & what an amazing experience! Lovely staff & lovely atmosphere! I came back today for my gender reveal & honestly I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. The lady that did my scan was so SO lovely, I felt so at ease, she explained everything on the scan, it was just such an amazing experience. Our little one had moments of stubbornness but she was so gentle and so calm we finally managed to see the gender. I can’t really find the words to describe how nice this place is! The receptionist is also ever so nice, chatty, calming and great at her job. I can’t wait to come back for my 4D scan. I’ll cherish these moments forever. Thank you for the memories & for being so nice! Would give more stars if I could! x

After a visit at another clinic before this one, I was only nervous about being disappointed again. But, I can honestly say the whole experience could not have gone any better. The receptionist was pleasant and the sonographer was absolutely brilliant. He was very patient and thorough, he explained everything he was looking at and asking us if we could see it to. He commented how wonderful he thought some pictures were which was nice. The pictures we have are amazing as he took his time getting the right shots, asked me to switch positions baby was laying in a position it was hard to get his face at first, but luckily he got it and was just perfect. Like any pregnant couple out there these experiences last a lifetime, whether good or bad. We've had a fair share of bad and this services could not have been any more positive and reassuring for us at this time. Thank you

All staff supper friendly would definitely recommend. The lady that did the scan went through everything she seen she smiled and was polite alway thought got a lovely gift pack thing at the end the scan photos are really good aswell

We didn't get any names but my partner and I attended 17/09 at half 10 so hopefully our thanks can be passed on to the right staff. We would highly recommend Hey Baby Mansfield to anyone. It was a lovely experience and it was nice that the staff were just as excited as we were. Thank you for much to the receptionist who was super welcoming upon arrival and a special thanks to the ladies who were with us during our scan! 😊

A friendly place, everyone made me feel so comfortable. I went 3 times. Very professional and they check everything each time which is so reassuring. I purchased a beautiful giraffe with his heartbeat in too so I can cherish it forever!

Had gender scan today at 16 weeks and it was excellent!!! Found out gender of baby as well as a lot of useful information like baby position, placenta position and growth progress! Very happy that I went here! Very polite, professional and lovely staff members.
Highly recommend this clinic!!!
