Bob (the owner) is very unprofessional and lacks people skills to do the basics in communication with respect. Furthermore, Bob lacks sense and respect to understand that not everything goes his way when dealing with HMRC. Maybe if Bob was a parent to a child in today's world and was at nursery, he may grasp the concept. Also, the accountant whoever it is, is a a poor professional and a very silly person. She recommended that I borrow money from someone or another party to pay arrears that I already explained will be paid at the ending of the month - what a silly person. To add to my dismay, I informed Bob about her conduct and he stated "it's not my problem." What a total low and sad man. The amount of issues I have been told by parents about the staff and the way the nursery is run, I will not be surprised if Ofsted is involved sooner than later.
