Step By Step Day Nursery

My son and daughter aged 2 and 1 attend this nursery full time and they love it! They are supper exited and happy every morning and are usually sad to leave at the end of the day haha! The staff are amazing and very friendly, always willing to help. One thing I would like to thank them all for is the love that they show my children it make me feel at ease and take away a lot of stress and anxiety that I’m sure all parents have when leaving their children all day!

Excellent facility. My daughter attended from age 1to 4 and she absolutely loved it. She is 17 now!!

Our daughter has been here for a few months. She loves it. We were worried about leaving her but their team made that transition very easy over a few weeks.
Our daughter couldn't be happier.
Update: we ended up removing our daughter as we felt uncomfortable with somethings the owner said.

My child has been attending for one month so far and he has transitioned very well to attending 4 days a week leaving happy and smiling every day.

During the time my child attended this nursery the childrens toys were brick and brack. Everthing was broken. She came home in different childrens nappy. Manager was unprofessional and rude.

In addition this nursery is a fraud. Took payments via cash during the duration my child attended so they can avoid being taxed. The managers respect for staff is 0. Very rude shouts at them the sense of atmosphere is very bad. This nursery needs to be shut down. Don't be fooled by the reviews.

My LB 11 months has been attending stepbystep lewisham for 3 months. He is quite happy there and well looked after.
