Caution advised. Without naming names, some staff are very defensive of the ability of other staff, even in the face of a number of parent complaints.

A mentality best decribed as "Our camp, Your camp". Decidedly mixed standards and questionable leadership.

My daughter has had an amazing first term at the school, it has totally surpassed my expectations. Both she and her friends seem so keen to learn and have so many opportunities available to them, lots of clubs and activities. The new head is very proactive and engaged with the children. The building also looks and feels great after its extensive make over.

I have been fortunate enough to watch the school progress over the past 2 years since it became part of the Chichester Academy Trust and could not be more pleased with how both children are doing. The extra-curricular clubs have had a huge boost to their self-confidence and the communication with and response from staff when I have any issues to raise has been second to none.

Very impressed with the way my daughters school is shaping up, I also use to go to Frogmore Junior School as a child (yup about 30 years ago!) and after seeing an almost completed facelift recently, it just looks simply stunning. The staff are excellent and the headmaster is very proactive and confident, I can see it rubbing of on some of the children too. Great work, thank you team FJS! :-)
