There is bullying and the teachers don't teach you properly

My son is at Kemsing primary school and has been very happy there. We love the ethos of the school that is very nurturing and the children are all encouraged to look after each other. We love the village feel of the school and the sense of community too. Lots of the school events involve the whole village and it’s lovely to be apart of that. My son has made so much progress in KS1 and we are looking forward to experiencing KS2 next. We are very lucky to be on a lovely site, with lots of fields and wooded area and our own swimming pool too.

Two of my children attend the school. We have been happy from the start of reception with the quality of teaching and the all inclusive nature of this small village school. All the events include the whole community giving it a true village community feel. The standard of learning is excellent and I feel teachers are supportive and very engaging. Both my boys are happy and thriving in this school.

My two children are currently at Kemsing School and they are both extremely happy there. I was sad when I heard that Mrs Mumford (headteacher) was leaving, but I have been really impressed by the new Head Mr Kilbride. The school has a positive nuturing ethos and a real sense of community. Everyone is friendly and it's great to be part of it.

I can only talk from past experience as I used to go to the school many moons ago and all three of my children went there too. Friends who have children there now are all very enthusiastic about how good the school is. But it is a friendly well run village school and the village is very proud of it.
