West Hill Primary School

My son couldn’t be happier at West Hill. All the staff are supportive and caring. Teaching is done in a fun and encouraging environment where all the children flourish. Small class sizes are an absolute advantage.
West Hill has brilliant facilities,loads of inside and outside space in and a beautiful school building!
Great music and sporting activities as well as the daily mile! And what’s more it’s a two minute run from our house! Our local great a Primary School.

I have been teaching for 20+ Years, and the happiest of those were spent teaching at West Hill Primary school.

The school attracts enthusiastic, creative teachers with a real can-do attitude which rubs off on the children, who approach new learning with positivity and determination. It is an exceptionally happy school where everyone children and staff alike, strive to be the very best that they can be.

Sadly, not every school is a West Hill School.

I spent 18 years working at this fabulous primary school and loved every minute. The staff work so well together to provide an excellent inclusive learning environment for the children. I taught at West Hill for 5 years and they were the best 5 years. I don't think I will encounter a better school for its energy, the values it places at its core, its inclusivity, the dedication of the staff and their creative approach to teaching. No child gets forgotten at West Hill and each child is valued and supported to achieve their best.

Both of my daughters attended West Hill primary and they both absolutely loved it. It is an incredibly welcoming and friendly school with fantastic staff.

I was lucky enough to be a teacher at this school for six brilliant years and something I've realised is just how fantastic the resources are for the children - iPads, Sphero robots, VR kits, a fully equipped laptop computing suite...and of course, a red double decker bus in the playground!
