Granard Primary School

Wonderful school! Used to go there when I was little and LOVED it (as did my brothers)! Was my 'home from home', I had lots of friends, and the staff were excellent. Sadly, most have moved away now, though I'm sure the new staff are great too, but I have always remembered my favourites including Ms (Dodi) Scott-Owen, Mr (Paddy) Gray, Mr Bridge, Mrs Washington, Mrs (Shelly) Mouton, Mr (Adam) Bushnell, Mr Wilson, Mr Wuu, Ms Dunne, Mr Gibbs, Ms (Ruth ?) Heap etc. and the assistants/receptionists/dinner ladies Elaine Hunter, Lorraine Wright, Maarie, Valerie, Wendy, Debbie, etc. When at Granard, I would always look forward to Breakfast Club and After School Club as well as the various sports clubs I used to attend. Have always been local and Granard is still amazing after all these years! The kids I know that attend there seem to be happy, content, and thriving. Would love for my little girl to go there too. Granard is very engaged with the community and is welcoming to people of all backgrounds. The indoor swimming pool and Children's Centre are fabulous additions that I now make use of with my little one.

I don't know how to thank them enough! My daughter loves to come, she is doing really great. I believe it is not possible without their help.

school dinners are the worst in the whole universe and a teacher named mrs grabbda and mr shields are so rude

Brilliant school just very busy since the increase in student numbers.

The Staff are so lovely and helpful.

My children are always complaining that the school meals are disgusting and there is a lot of rude teachers that only act good in front of parents when actually they are normally very rude and bossy at least that's what my children said
