My brother and I used to attend this school many moons ago and loved it there and now my son goes to nursery there. He is a different child since he started, for the better, and has learnt so much already in the short space of time he has been there. He looks forward to going in to nursery unlike his previous nursery where he used to scream his head off everyday. Highly recommended primary school.

We are an American family that moved to Kensington for my husband’s job. We had our eldest son in another school for reception that was very new and meant to be prestigious. Upon putting our second son in the nursery at St Cuthberts, we realised how different this school was compared to the other “outstanding” school. You will not find a warmer place than SCWSM. From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell that the staff really care for you and your child. This quality, we firmly believe, is a direct result of the leadership of the school. The Headteacher, Gillian Putterill, is outstanding and has brought a school (where the majority of students are ESL), to not only a competing standard for the area schools, but one to be modelled after. I wish my eldest son would have started his school experience here. I went by ratings and the hype verses what was actually better for my son. At SCWSM, they teach character and inclusion and they make the children feel important. Miss Putterill does an excellent job of leading by example, all the way down to the caretaker Chris, and the receptionist Dionne, who both have invested in my children. In nursery, Mrs. Nawaz and her team, have brought our second child from not knowing anything (academically), to being able recognise letters and sounds, and knowing his numbers. The learning mentor, Holly, and all the support staff really makes the school operate well. They are on top of it when your child is struggling or falling behind or even excelling in an area. They cater to your child for their needs and abilities. We are very thankful we were able to find a place where our sons enjoyed learning, grew in character and culture, felt loved by adults, and were challenged to succeed.

I think this school is fantastic ; Both my brothers and all 3 of my children attended St Cuthbert's With St Matthias , The quality of support and help I received from teachers and the head teacher (Gill Putterill) with both my sons throughout their time at the school was amazing. I would recommend this school to everyone.

Shortly after moving to London from the US, we put our child in St. Cuthberts nursery class and have loved it! The early childhood staff is superb and each and every one of them have shown much love and caring for our child. He has had such a great experience so far. I also love that they focus on learning through play, rather than focusing on hardcore academics right from the start. As with any school, it has its shortcomings (e.g. older facilities vs other newer schools), but we absolutely recommend this school for any children starting out.

An amazing school and has fantastic facilities and caring staff. The education provided is fantastic and will most definitely get your child into the secondary of their choice. There are also many different experiences and opportunities at the school that many don’t have e.g. exclusive after school clubs and play centre. Would definitely recommend this school for parents to send their children.

SCWSM Primary School is a wonderful school with strong and focused leadership. All the staff are dedicated and attentive. Pupils are valued and supported. Expectations from both pupils and staff (in terms of behaviour, attitude and achievement) are high. Kindness and respect are nurtured and the whole school is peaceful.
Our daughter thoroughly enjoys every school day. The exceptional standard of care, guidance and teaching that is consistently provided is instrumental in allowing her academic ability and character to evolve and flourish. Especially important as we came few months ago from Geneva.
I would say that SCWSM is positively unique !

An incredible school, so inclusive, and driven by a wonderful head teacher who instills positivity, good manners and a hunger for learning.
We decided to stay in the area so our eldest son can complete his year 6 at St. Cuthbert & St. Mathias to become the best he can be.

I love this school because the way they educate the children just is very academic and a good example of children's education. I also love how they make learning fun for kids. I advise parents who live near Earl's Court Square choose it.
