Thornhill Primary School

One of the best schools ever. Great learning environment, great friends and teachers. Bit shabby, but nonetheless a place to be excited to go to every day. It is one of the highest leveled SATS schools and just the best school to send your child to.

I have 3 children in the school from Year 4 - Reception. My children have thrived both academically and socially. Thornhill has a lovely community atmosphere aided by a very active PTA. We have found the teaching to be superb and any issues quickly and kindly dealt with. The school offers a brilliant selection of clubs both during and outside of school hours despite government cuts. The Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team have retained the creative heritage of school whilst ensuring pupils across the board reach their fullest potential academically. I would thoroughly recommend the school.

I couldn't love this school more. My son has never once said to me he doesn't want to go to school. He felt at home from the first day and I loved the community we joined. People are welcoming, the school's head is amazing as our the staff, and I have found a community of parents that truly care about the school and the students within in. I was very happy with our choice to send our son there.

All my three children are at or have attended Thornhill. They're very different personalities but the school excels in getting the most out of every child whatever their abilities, character or background. It really represents everything that I love about London.

It had a hard year when the head had to retire very suddenly due to ill health. However, it's a mark of the school's good bones that my children continued to flourish and weren't affected by the behind-the-scenes hard work and stress.

Thornhill is a fantastic school with a dynamic headmistress and incredibly dedicated teaching staff. My daughter is in reception and has made great progress this year - she loves it. The children really enjoy school and appear to thrive there.

This school is AMAZiNG. You have to send your child here as teachers are very friendly plus its a really fun school!
