Muswell Hill Primary School

I currently have two children at Muswell Hill Primary school. My elder two have now left and gone on to local secondary schools but both cried when they left as they had loved their time there so much. The school is very friendly, welcoming and inclusive to parents and children. Not only are my children taught extremely well by motivated and friendly staff but a specific emphasis is placed on finding "something for everyone" building each child's confidence through a creative approach to a topic based curriculum heavily supported by music, sport & art. The most important thing however, is that the children are extremely happy there.

We have 4 children who are currently at Muswell Hill Primary, we specifically moved to the area and applied for the school because of it's excellent reputation, we have not been disappointed! It's an excellent school. Our children have all had a really positive experience and thoroughly enjoy the school. The teachers are highly qualified and professional. We have seen great results with our children's learning.

At Muswell Hill Primary School the staff work really hard to create a supportive and dynamic atmosphere in which to learn. Our overall experience has been that it is fantastic creative and open minded school that has been nurturing and inspiring our three children over the course of the last seven years.

We would describe MHPS as a friendly, nurturing, inspiring and motivating school. Both our children love going there and we have been happy with their progress. As my daughter says, 'I love it! I learn a lot, have lots of fun and have very good friends. The teachers are extremely nice and the school meals are delicious especially the cottage pie and puddings!!'

This is a first class school. Both the standard of teaching as well as the nurturing care is nothing short of outstanding. I have had two children pass through Muswell Hill Primary, and both have an enthusiasm for education and thirst for learning that is a credit to every member of staff - both past and present. I cannot recommend this school highly enough.

I have had four children at Muswell Hill Primary School and we all love it. The teachers are brilliant & patient and the children are taught to be inclusive and kind. The pupils are given every chance to participate, achieve and shine in art, music, sport and in the classroom. Above all my children have been immensely happy here and have gone on to secondary schools as confident, outgoing young adults.

A wonderful, inspiring school that is nurturing children to be the best they can, academically and emotionally. I currently have 3 children in the school and I love that we can walk around the neighbourhood and bump into friends, teachers, sports specialists and office staff, a proper community that is so rare in London. Learning and a passion for teaching is at the heart of this school.

My two daughters enjoy going to school every single day. Muswell Hill Primary have fantastic teachers, with an amazing creative curriculum. The Headteacher - James, continually strives to make the childrens' education as enjoyable as possible, and I couldn't praise him enough.
