Myself and several other parents taken our children out of holy trinity school with complaints in regards to ms barnette misleading and lies. My child was bullyed by class children and teachers and referred to sencofor learning needs. Under impression that I do not spend time with my child and my child was being abused at home. The School has called social services not knowing I work as a safeguarding officer in the nhs. The Social worker found no concerns in my home or with my responsibilities and said my child has reported to them that he was being bullied by teachers and children. I argued against the school with the accusation and they could not explain. To many lies was going back and forth between the class teacher and head teacher. Every parents meeting the headteacher would oversee the class teacher handing over feedback about my child learning.
Since leaving the holy trinity at year 3 my child adjusted to his new school very well formed new friends and got on well with the teachers after 1yr he no longer needed senco. He was a school represent and a class achiever. He remembers holy trinity which he says was a bad experience and is glad I took him out of the school. It would of only made things worst if he had stayed and would not develop as much as he has in his new school, forming good relationships. He recieved good grades for sats test and is now in secondary school.
My advice for parents wanting to send their child to holy trinity is to analyse the learning in the school and how it is implemented and ask your child everyday how is school and dont believe everything those teachers say most of the best teachers left for a reason and worst are still there. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE NEWLY BUILT BUILDING.
