Ark Oval Primary Academy

My both Children goes to Ark Oval Primary Academy. The school definitely deserves to be an outstanding school. It has done terrific job during COVID times and the way they manage the whole pandemic situation with prompt communication and following the tough and ever-changing government protocols.

The school staff and teachers are very respectful, well-behaved and always make sure they are understanding children needs and focus more on work and well-being of children. Their support to children and parents is phenomenal and praiseworthy.

If there is anything that requires to be classified as scope of improvement, then it could be the extra-curricular facilities at school like sports, summer camp, or any other classes where children could take advantage and not opt for other places during break/school recess, yet it is satisfactory to the least.

I wish this school to be all the best and kudos to the whole teaching staff!

My daughters are going to this school and we are completely happy with the school in terms of teaching and discipline. During online learning, we were able to witness it as we were at home and the teachers are super helpful. Thanks for the teachers and school staff for providing such a good environment for kids.

3 of my kids are in this school since nursery. We are really happy with the school and the teachers. They are doing great job. Only one think l want to mention it would be great if they can work a bit more on children mental health in this hard period. Thank you very much and lm very happy to send my kids to this school.

It is a fantastic school, very friendly and with great community spirit.
Teachers are extremely professional and supportive, working hard to ensure that children work to the best of their ability. Help is always available when needed.

The school as a whole has provided immense support in the upbringing of our child. The head teacher along with the class teachers have been working hard to provide the best possible support to fulfil the educational needs of the children. I will definitely recommend this school to kids living in the catchment area of the school.

My son is in Reception in this school and I am very pleased with the way the school is running. Staff is really good and always ready to help and one thing that I felt outstanding is the way they have managed during this pandemic - They have gone to all lengths to get this done - by arranging staggered arrivals/departures based on year groups, clear communication to students and parents, managing both online and in session classes for keyworkers' students, arranged oxfordowl account so that children need not bring school books from library, a change in the school uniform strategy (using their standard uniforms, PE uniforms and own clothes on alternate days) and the list just goes on. Staff provided honest reviews and feedback about kids and they always set the standards high.A big thank you to the entire team!

I have 2 children at Ark oval, in reception and year 2. The teachers have always been pleasant as well as the staff in the office. My children have very much built good relationships with their class teachers and I feel that with all the challenges of the pandemic, the school as a whole have managed very well.

The Ark Oval Academy is a great school which gives the opportunities to kids to develop their hidden skills. My children are attending the school very happily and are encouraged and supported by teachers everyday. The misbehaviour is treated very seriously by the school and there is no place for bullyism. The school is clean, safe and welcoming. During the covid lockdown all staff worked tremendously hard to ensure all pupils catch up with the learning. Parents were also supported and encouraged to keep on going during this difficult time. I highly recommend the school as I never had any issues with teachers whatsoever.
