Poppyfield Primary Academy

This school was opened September 2019, our son attends Reception class.
As a new school they are still finding there feet, staff is small but will grow over time with the pupils.
The school itself is amazing. Its new so as you expect all the equipment is new and up to date. Learning resources are available to help our children learn. The school meals sounds amazing. Each term a meal plan is sent home so we know what our kids are eating. They have a cooking room that our son loves to use. They do Forestry school which encourages the children to be out doors and learn about nature.
The teachers are friendly and helpful if you have concerns. The head mistress is approachable and listens to any problems. parent are kept up to date about our children's learning and day to day activities.
I'm looking forward to seeing this school grow over the years and become full with children.
