I speak highly of Lakeside school so I don't think I can recommend this school enough. Over the years my children have been through all aspects of the school, from the nursery to the ks2 years. We have moved due to family circumstances and moved back to the area, both times my children have attended this school. I have always found the staff friendly and amenable to our needs. Both of my children enjoy going to school and I honestly think that lakeside has played a huge part in making my children's learning experience enjoyable. I find that their is plenty of opportunities for parents to see the children's work and activities, whether it's attending school assemblies or having the drop in session s. I think it's a great school and any child that attends is seen as an individual.

I am delighted with Lakeside. Knowing our children look forward to going to school each day and are happy is a huge boost. The teachers work incredibly hard and the number of different trips arranged and professional visitors to the school really enhances and enriches the children's learning. I would heartily recommend Lakeside school.

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to 470 Reception to Year 6 pupils at Lakeside Primary School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky; visiting the International Space Station; diving under the sea; learning about the Earth, Moon; astronauts; a future colonised Solar System, as well as Climate Change and World War 2. Thank you Lakeside Primary for a very pleasant visit.
