Windmill Primary School

It is a school and they are a very good school (EXCELLENT in inspection)

Whilst walking my dog in the park near the school I witnessed a class of young children from Windmill School (I had a mother of one of the children walking with me) walking to Barton in the absolute pouring rain. Half these children did not have coats let alone an umbrella. One little boy was rubbing his bare arms because he was cold and already soaking wet from walking just a hundred yards at this point. These children will be drenched through by the time they reach their destination then of course they have to walk back. 4 of the 5 adults I saw with them had umbrellas. Surely this kind of trip should be weather permitting. Is there no common sense with the adults at this school who are willing to treat young children in this manner. I am shocked and horrified by this treatment. I think this matter needs to be addressed ASAP.

Back in the days of Headington Middle this place was awful - I've never seen so many children commited to abusing eachother and yet nothing was ever done about it. After reading that bullying here is still bad enough to mention, I'm assuming the place is cursed.
