The Wimbledon Print Company

We contacted Wimbledon Print Company regarding getting our Save the Dates printed for our wedding. We weren’t disappointed. They offered a very good product at a fair price. They had an option for almost any price bracket. Our invitations ended up being exactly what we wanted, and exactly what we expected to pay.
To be sure we had got the invitations correct, we had a sample printed off. This wasn’t cheap. But as they explained, the lower the quantity, the more expensive per item. The samples came out perfectly and we’ve just collected the full batch. At a glance, the mass produced batch are of equal quality to the sample. All of which exceeded our expectations.
Due to COVID, all communications were over email and WPC were kind enough to post us a sample pack of paper. Ordinarily, I think we would have visited them in person.
I’d say in this circumstance, the one area for improvement would be communication - we would have liked WPC to contact us regarding collecting the finished product, as opposed to us contacting them. Their automated system also kept contacting us regarding payment even after we’d paid. These aren’t really negative points, but suggestion for WPC making the customer experience easier :)

I was very impressed with the printing job. Their quote was considerably lower, yet presented in a far more reassuringly professional way than any other local printer I tried. The quality was great and the customer service was brilliant - they patiently went through five proofs. The job arrived beautifully packaged, in perfect condition, a day early. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We are very happy with the finished product. They were really fast to reply to our quote, and the item was available to collect almost immediately. The price was extremely reasonable and the finished item looks great.

The stationary is of really high quality and we will be really proud to have it at our wedding.
