What a fantastic service Dawn offers at Go Print. Ordered shirts embroidered with a Company Logo and they were ready within 2 days of order confirmation. Dawn went out of her way to accommodate my needs and was extremely helpful, double checking everything with my from the size of shirt to the tone of thread and the logo size required. I would highly recommend the embroidery service and will be happy to use them again.

Excellent quality prints on teeshirts. Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. I had a teeshirt print of my own artwork and colours are bright, vivid and does justice to my artwork. Highly recommend

Thanks from Nuneaton boro u12s for the poppy stickers. They looked fab on the lads football shirts and helped them look the part for a minute silence before the game. Great service as always dawn.

Dawn is amazing! I needed hoodies very quickly for an event I was attending. Really quick, professional service and really happy with the hoodies. Also got some branded face masks as well!

Terrible customer service, Dawn has a poor attitude towards her customers. Save your money and go to a reputable business elsewhere.

A superb company to work with, Dawn listened carefully to our needs and was very supportive throughout the whole process. The ordering was so easy to do and the students loved the range of colours that they could choose from. The quality of the hoodies was superb, they feel soft, comfortable and high-quality with a hard-wearing feel. Thank you so much for your help with this and to make our students very happy! Would definitely recommend, 5*! - Higham Lane School

As a fellow small business owner, I am always so keen to support other small businesses – but having dealt with Go Print over the last 4 months (including a visit and 34 emails), with still no resolution, I feel I must warn others. My daughter received her Year 11 Leavers Hoodie via her school in May, and we immediately noticed many names were only printed in part / worn away (even prior to washing). About 20 names in all. I emailed Dawn at Go Print who asked me to email pictures to her, which I did straight away. Afterwards, she said I would need to take it in to her. Despite advising her of the inconvenience to do so, I reluctantly did. On opening the door to their premises, my daughter and I were immediately chased down the path by her huge dog who was jumping up at me and my daughter was so scared she ran back to the car. Anyway, when I finally got in to speak to Dawn (after waiting for her to deal with other customers), she was very dismissive about the problems with the hoodie – despite being able to see clearly herself all the problems. There were no apologies and just repeated comments that this problem had never been presented before by a customer. She was determined that she would fix it and as she continued to chat, she absent mindedly ran her biro in her hand across the virtual width of the hoodie. I had to tell her what she had done. No apology for this either. By then, I knew myself the hoodie couldn’t be fixed due to the huge pen mark. Anyway, I left it with her as requested and stupidly ordered 2 plain hoodies alongside the current one. When she eventually got back to me, she said the hoodie couldn’t be fixed and she had printed a new one. I asked her if I could have some sort of part refund, or a discount on the new hoodies I had ordered and she said no. That the school had already received a huge discount (which I can’t see, as the printed hoodie was double the price of the plain one!). So I asked if I could just have the old hoodie back as some sort of compensation, and she said it had “gone in the bin”. She said I could pick them up, and I said again, how difficult it was for me to get transport (7 mile round trip). I asked her if she could post them and she quoted me £10 to do so! I said that I felt it would be appropriate for her to waive this postage fee due to my inconvenience, and she repeatedly just ignored this request. I continued to send polite emails to chase every week or so, and she eventually said she had covid and was not at work. I wished her well and left off contacting her for many weeks. She still didn’t contact me, and so when I knew she was back at work I had to begin chasing again. She responded again without acknowledging my requests. She eventually said she would get her daughter to bring them to me, but I waited several more weeks. I had to begin chasing again. Then this week (now into September!), I received them on my doorstep via a man and he walked off and they quickly drove off but I thanked him (I think Dawn was in the car). I felt relived it was over and inspected the hoodie immediately. This new one now had brown stains across a significant part of it, and some of the white border was imperfect. I took photos and emailed her immediately and said I would put it on a cool wash (30 degrees as the label suggests), and she didn’t respond. And after 2 washes, the stains were still there. I emailed her again with new photograph, but still no response. It has been several days now waiting for a response, and I have no choice but to hope that in time the stains will fade, as there is nothing else I can do. I have learned there would be no apology or compensation. All I can do is warn others and advise the school so other parents don’t have to go through this next year. There nothing worse as a customer than being ignored. I wish I could share the photos, but due to data protection (of the students names) I unfortunately cannot.
